Literature Text

I miss the cold wind of December

Going through your hair

And spreading your scent all over me

Again and again

Long walks,

Frosty mud,

Tiny lips,

Just one kiss

Embraced in your perfume,

My cheek against your cheek,

Dumb ducks near the lake,

I’m holding you, encore

for her

I really like the last two lines. The alliteration and the choice of words reminds me of the pointless shit you can admire in relationships, and the choice of "encore" rather than "repeat" or anything else is a nice finish; feels more complete. I like it
